My daughter loves to read books and work on her art on her bed, and she wanted to make it more comfortable as she enjoys those activities. I found this backrest pillow on amazon for her Christmas gift. The product is very high quality; the foams are puffed up within 24 hours; it does require some beating since it was very compacted when it shipped; also, the color is precisely shown on the website, which means they did minimal photoshop on their product's pictures. There is no weird smell on this product; I am confident that the material used is a high-quality product from a country that cares about humans and the environment. I got a medium size since my daughter's bed is only twin size, but I recommend getting the XXL since it is just a bit bigger and will be even more comfortable.

Absolutely perfect pillow! If you’re thinking about it, don’t! For reference, I’m 5’2 and I sink into my bed a little so it’s the perfect height for me. The neck support is a great addition. I threw mine into the dryer for 15 mins on LOW heat to fluff it up. I actually like a little less support and I like that you can add or remove stuffing to your liking! Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made! Now I can play games in bed, read, and work on my laptop. It’s absolutely wonderful! And sooooo many pockets! I love that the neck support is removable as well, so I can remove it for my little sister to use. It’s absolutely worth the money!

The pillows arrived compressed and rolled up but expanded quickly upon opening. You need to shake them around a little to get foam fully into arms. It took about 48 hours to fully expand and there was minimal odor from gases. We are under 160 pounds and less than six feet tall so these are the perfect size, even without the neck pillow. Works great on bed or sofa. There is a zipper to remove cover and also on the inner lining so you can add or remove filler. Overall a great product!

Bought this to use while recuperating from surgery. I love how comfortable and supportive it is and that I can order more stuffing to make it even firmer!! Love the pockets, no more losing my small items in the bed! If there are any accidents, it will be wonderful to be able to wash the cover. An added bonus is that the inside is washable too!! The adjustable neck/lumbar bolster attachment is da bomb!! So happy with this purchase!! It didn't smell and since I haven't had surgery yet, I'm not sure how the pain relief is... but it sure is comfy and perfect for my 5 foot self!

This worked perfectly-helped my back & neck pain-I just put my sleeping pillow for my low back & the neck pillow it comes with sits perfectly for me at 5’5”. I’m excited to get more free fill to make it a bit firmer as I like.
