Questions
What data do you read?
Statements, order transactions, payouts, order status and product SKUs. We do not store buyer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses or messages, and we keep only the last four digits of a bank account.
How do I connect my shop?
Sign in, choose Connect a new shop and approve the authorization on the marketplace’s page. Your history starts importing (up to the last 90 days) with a progress bar, then it syncs every day.
How do product costs work?
Upload a CSV with seller_sku, unit_cost, currency and effective_from. A cost applies from its date; when it changes, add a row with a later date. Nothing is imported unless every row is valid, and errors are listed row by row.
Why is my payout different from my sales?
Open the statement on the Reconciliation page. It shows revenue, shipping, each fee, adjustments and reserves, and the difference of every check.
How do I get this into QuickBooks or Xero?
On the Exports page choose QuickBooks Online or Xero, map your account names once, and download the CSV for a statement or a month. Then use your accounting tool’s journal import. Pending estimates are never exported.
Is ad spend included?
Not yet. Profit is settlement data plus the product costs and other costs you enter.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Disconnecting deletes your tokens at once and keeps data for 30 days so you can export it; “Disconnect and delete now” removes everything immediately.
