How to connect a shop
- Sign in, open Shops and choose “Connect a TikTok Shop”.
- Approve the authorization on the TikTok Shop page.
- Back in ShopSettle your history starts importing (up to the last 90 days) with a progress bar. After that it syncs every day.
What data we read
Statements, order transactions, payouts, order status and product SKUs. We do not store buyer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses or messages, and we keep only the last four digits of a bank account.
Product cost CSV format
Columns: seller_sku, unit_cost, currency, effective_from (optional: landed_extra). A cost applies from its effective date; when a cost changes, add a row with a later date. Nothing is imported unless every row is valid, and errors are listed row by row. A template is on the Product costs page.
Import into QuickBooks Online
Open Exports, choose QuickBooks Online, first set the account names in Account mapping to match your chart of accounts exactly, then download the CSV. In QuickBooks use “Import journal entries”. Official guide: Import journal entries.
Import into Xero
Choose Xero, enter an account code and tax rate for each account in Account mapping, then download the CSV. Official guide: Add, import and post manual journals.
Why is my payout different from my sales?
Open the statement on the Reconciliation page. It shows revenue, shipping, each fee, adjustments and reserve, and the difference of every check.
How to delete my data
On Shops choose “Disconnect”: tokens are deleted at once and your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it, then deleted for good. “Disconnect and delete data now” removes everything immediately.
