The service

ShopSettle reads the TikTok Shop data you authorize, calculates order-level profit, reconciles payouts and creates export files.

Account and eligibility

You must own, or be authorized to manage, the shop you connect, and be at least 18 years old. Keep your email account secure.

TikTok authorization

You grant the authorization and can revoke it in TikTok Shop at any time. After you revoke or disconnect we stop reading data and delete it as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for following TikTok Shop's rules.

Fees, trial and cancellation

Plans and prices are on the pricing page. New accounts get a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse or disrupt the service, try to get around its limits or security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Not tax or accounting advice

ShopSettle does not give tax or accounting advice. Profit, reconciliation results and exports are based on data returned by TikTok and the costs you enter. You are responsible for checking them before you rely on them.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You give us a licence to process it to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise a specific uptime.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Indemnity

You are responsible for third-party claims that arise from your breach of these terms or of the law.

Termination and deletion

Either side may end the service. After termination your data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of ShopSettle is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We update these terms on this page and give advance notice of material changes.
